Find Ways to Distract Yourself

Obviously, you can’t do this all the time, but when the pain is at its worst, the best thing you might be able to do is to try to think about something else. Move

Sometimes the last thing you want to do when you have a migraine is exercise. But often some light movement will help relieve pain. Take a walk or do some yoga, or simply pace the room a few times. It probably won’t hurt you and it might help.

Another thing you can do to manage pain is to try stress relief techniques, such as meditation or aromatherapy. Or simply take a few deep breaths. These methods will help you relax your mind, which in turn will help calm your body. Some of the best natural relief can come from utilizing these methods. 

There’s nothing easy about regular pain, but there are some relatively simple ways of managing it. Of course, you should always consult your doctor before doing anything that may affect your health adversely in any way.
