Okay, so that’s a slight exaggeration. However, a lot of work goes into keeping a look out in South of Market for all the cool stuff that’s going on. And much of that work is done ‘on the house‘.

“Why,” do you ask?

Ultimately, the goal of LiveSOMA.com is to provide the greater South of Market Community with all of the necessary information one would need to enjoy living in, working in or visiting the neighborhood. All the great bars and restaurants, arts and entertainment, political issues, photos, etc. This site is open to everyone who wants to reach the greater SOMA area.

If you have an idea or would like to contribute to the site, we welcome your correspondence.

We truly love all of the great things in SOMA, and want to share them with you! I honestly believe that in order to provide the community with all the information that’s out there, charging people to post their business listing or community events with us would limit said information.

Odds are that it won’t go towards buying beer (unless you specify that that’s what you want it to be invested in). It will go towards building a better community.
