The Deli Board is a sandwich shop that recently relocated to 1058 Folsom Street in South of Market, San Francisco. They were formally located about a block away on Howard Street, but their new location allows them to open a retail spot in addition to their primary catering operation.

From the Deli Board Website:

Deli Board has midwest roots, the classic flavors of an East coast deli, and a left coast twist. If that doesn’t make your mouth water you can stop reading now.

Starting as a catering business in a small kitchen, Deli Board now specializes in original hand-crafted sandwiches made with fresh ingredients and love – with the Board’s goal to bring people together over great food.

I went to the new shop last week on a Chicago Dog round up with my Chi town boyfriend. The staff was friendly, food was great. Can’t wait to try out some of the sandwiches. Go early because by 3:30 they were already sold out of all the sandwiches.
