Bluestem Brasserie is a new, high-end restaurant that opened at 1 Yerba Buena Lane in South of Market, San Francisco on June 24, 2011. They feature a rather eclectic menu of locally grown and gathered ingrediants. For example, check out their dinner menu, which features items such as Half Dozen Marin Bay Oysters ($15) and Nettle and Sheeps Milk Ricotta Ravioli ($13)
