Thermidor Now Open in South of Market!

Keeping with our restaurant-update-theme week, we bring you a new restaurant that recently opened in South of Market, and has gotten a lot of press coverage over the past week.

Thermidor has opened its doors in Mint Plaza. You may know the owners, Neil Jorgenson and Chef Bruce Binn, who also own Spork Restaurant over in the Mission. Chef Binn’s menu is inspired by 1960′s classics such as “a mini lobster roll, pommes Dauphine, celery Victor, scallops Newburg and sole amandine, plus the restaurant’s namesake – lobster Thermidor.”

Their website isn’t much to look at yet (give ‘em a break, they’re still in their opening stages!), but you can check it out to book a reservation.
