Are You Missing A Parakeet?

I received an email from the South Beach Rincon Mission Bay Neighborhood Association’s email list about a found blue parakeet (note: it is not the bird in the photo above):

Hi neighbors,
A friend of mine who lives down the street in the Arterra building found a small blue parakeet the other day. She believes it was someone’s pet, so she asked me to send out an email to everyone about the parakeet.
