A New Prospect Comes to SOMA!

I came across this new restaurant space- that is currently under construction- on one of my neighborhood walks last week. I’d heard there was a new restaurant being developed at the Infinity by the people who brought Boulevard to SOMA; Chef Nancy Oakes and company.

The restaurant has apparently been named Prospect, and it looks like a pretty massive space, as it takes up nearly the entire block on Folsom between Spear and Main (I’ve also heard that it’s going to be 2 stories). After some good ole fashioned research, here’s what I’ve found for you:

• Prospect is hoping to open towards mid-2010, although as of last week when I walked by, it looked like a lot of construction still needed to be done.
