The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen (STILL) Needs YOUR Vote!

Just a friendly reminder that The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen could use your help with this contest they are in for small businesses. All you have to do is check out the video below. It’s a good video, and if you like it, head over to VerticalResponse and place a quick vote. Whoever gets the most votes by April 9th wins $5,000 to put towards their small business.

As you’ll learn in their video, this great restaurant is about $70,000 over budget, so every little bit helps. Plus, I’ve never met a more passionate group of people who want nothing more than to serve you fantastic grilled cheese creations! It only takes a moment, so head over and vote!

This is a great video from the owners of the American Grilled Cheese Kitchen. You get a sense of their background, as well as a sneak-peek into their love for the new restaurant (and for each other). There’s also a few shots of some of their amazing-looking menu items. If this video doesn’t make you itch for their Grand Opening, I don’t know what will!

Unfortunately, this video isn’t only for your viewing pleasure. They need your help! The video’s a contest submission for the ‘New Deal’ for Small Business, sponsored by VerticalResponse, a small business marketing firm (also located in SOMA).

The contest invited American small business owners to share their story with a quick video. They’ve selected 30 different stories and now it’s up to you to vote on a winner. The top three businesses will be awarded cash prizes ($5,000 for first place, $2,500 for second and third). You have until April 9th to register and vote (it’s very quick and easy to register!), and the winners will be announced on April 12th. Why not help out a small business in South of Market?
