LiveSOMA is Open to All District 6 Supervisor Candidates
Live SoMa | Mar 22, 2010 | Comments 1
Over the next 8 months, we will be featuring occasional coverage of the upcoming November, District 6 Supervisor Election here in South of Market. I recently sent an email to all of the candidates, inviting them to utilize LiveSOMA.com as a sounding board for ideas and issues that each candidate would like to share with the greater SOMA community.
Some candidates have yet to reply while others are probably waiting to see how the coverage will work. Some have chosen to take me up on that invitation, and I will be featuring those issues.
Stay tuned, as this afternoon, I will feature the first contribution I received. Feel free to share your thoughts, ideas and opinions in the comment section under each post (you just have to register for free to comment). Or, if you’d rather, you can send me an email, and I’ll share that with the community instead. Whatever the case, open dialogue is what’s most important. Especially about the local issues that plague each and every one of us.
It is our goal at LiveSOMA to help build a stronger community by sharing those issues and ideas. We are not endorsing any single candidate as we have invited each to contribute. It is at their sole discretion as to whether they contribute or not.

The above map does not show the correct boundaries of District 6. Our website does have the correct map for those who want to know if the happen to either work or reside in District 6.
