I came across this Land Rover the other day. I appreciate this guy’s attempt, but who says the person breaking in knows how to read? I guess it’s worth a shot, but what happens if they decide to take you up on the offer and show up at your suite? Do you give them money or call the cops? Is it a crime to show up at the door if you haven’t broken in? I was half-tempted to show up at the suite and ask a couple questions.

Yes, this actually works! This guy was broken into many times and he reports that he has not been broken into since using the signs. I have imitated him with my own signs after 3 broken windows. Also, he had only been called once (his phone number is on the sign) love it!!!!
Do you know him? I just think it’s funny that thieves who break your window would respect a sign. I also would like to know what that phone call was like. Did someone call him and ask him for money or something?
